WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

DO YOU MAKE OTHER ANIMALS?
We are currently working on animals like bears and cats as well as plastic-free baby-friendly dolls. Stay tuned to them.
HOW ECO-FRIENDLY ARE YOUR PRODUCTS?
This is something we definitely find essential, which is why our packaging is mostly paper-based. Please reuse or recycle the packaging and definitely reuse the LED light strip.
The yarn we use is always 100% wool. Currently, we are using plastic safety eyes, however, we are looking for suitable glass eyes with metal washers as better replacements. Each doll is filled with fire-proofed fiberfill. Although we are searching for recycled or natural fillings, for the quality concern, we haven't found any of those which can satisfy us. Most of the recycled or natural fillings have less support and are unwashable.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?
Currently, we only ship to The Netherlands, Germany and Belgium.
If you would like an item(s) shipped outside of these countries, please feel free to get in touch letting me know what country you would like delivery to, so we can sort out a custom shipping quote.
WHAT IS OUR RETURN POLICY?
Upon receipt of your non-customised item(s), you have 14 days to claim a full refund (minus postage if you are everywhere else than The Netherlands) if you so wish. After which you will have a further 14 days to return the item(s) to us in original packaging and a saleable condition. Only upon receipt of the unwanted item(s) will our end issue the refund.
For customised item(s), it is, unfortunately, nonrefundable, as the product(s) will not be saleable.
​If an item(s) is delivered to you damaged or faulty through no fault of our own, we will happily replace or repair the item(s) free of charge, upon receipt of the damaged or faulty item(s).

WHAT IS OUR SHIPPING POLICY?
On occasion, it can take up to a week for your item(s) to be dispatched. However, items are usually dispatched within 3-5 days after your order was placed.
If you have purchased an item as a last-minute gift, do let us know and we'll do our best to dispatch your order as quickly as possible!
Please be aware that delivery times may be subject to delays due to the current pandemic, unfortunately, this is something that is out of my control.
